Corey Yeadon, P.Eng., PMP, MBA
CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
With over 11 years of experience spanning the utilities, corporate strategy, construction, energy, and industrial sectors, Corey brings a wealth of expertise and a track record of impactful leadership to ServaTerra. As a co-founder and head of business development, Corey has been pivotal in steering the company’s growth and forging strategic partnerships that drive sustained success.
One of Corey's most notable achievements includes overseeing the implementation of a multimillion-dollar maintenance contract that replaced a decades-old public utilities program, resulting in an optimized process and $2 million in annual savings. Their strategic thinking and ability to deconstruct challenges into first principles have been essential in diagnosing complex business problems and developing effective solutions.
A holder of a professional engineering license in Alberta (PEng) and a Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, Corey also earned their MBA with a specialization in Finance from the Haskayne School of Business at the University of Calgary.
Beyond the office, Corey channels their leadership into the great outdoors, guiding groups of hiking enthusiasts on day-long excursions and embracing nature's challenges.

Alex C. Kheirabadi, Ph.D.
CO-FOUNDER & CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
As the co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of ServaTerra, Alex leverages 4 years of specialized experience in product development within the medical device technology sector, supported by a diverse academic foundation. Their role at ServaTerra is defined by technical innovation and strategic leadership, guiding the company's technology vision and product advancement.
Alex has made significant contributions to complex engineering challenges, notably as the technical lead of an international crisis response team addressing a surge in hardware failures. Managing a team of ten experts across Physics, Manufacturing, and Field Service from Palo Alto, Germany, and China, they spearheaded a three-month initiative that resulted in engineering solutions capable of salvaging $5 million worth of rejected stock and fortifying production against future issues.
With a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of British Columbia, where they focused on modeling offshore wind farms and applying optimal control algorithms to enhance performance, Alex brings a robust blend of analytical thinking and advanced software development skills. Their expertise in modeling intricate technical systems enables ServaTerra to approach product challenges with clarity and precision.
Beyond their technical pursuits, Alex is an avid cyclist, kickboxer, and tennis enthusiast, embracing activities that reflect their drive for both mental and physical resilience.
